Dual Enrollment

Start Your College Journey Early by earning college Credit in High School.

Make a confident, cost‑free jump into college. With Early College at CCC, you can take college classes as part of your regular high school day, earn real college credit, and start building your future with support from caring educators and advisors along the way.

Program Highlights

Dual enrollment is designed for your success. You’ll experience college‑level learning in a familiar setting, build confidence with study skills and time management, and explore courses that match your interests. Each class moves you closer to your goals, saving you time and money on the path to a degree or career.

  • Classes are taught during the school day by credentialed instructors at your high school.
  • Dual enrollment classes are free.
  • College credit recorded on a CCC transcript and transferable to Arizona’s public universities. College credit hours are units of measurement that track a student’s academic progress towards a degree or certificate. They represent the amount of work and learning involved in a course, and they’re awarded based on the number of hours spent in class and on homework. Most college classes are 3 to 4 credit hours.
  • Access to CCC advisors, financial aid guidance, and student support services.

How It works
