Transcripts
What is a Transcript?
A transcript is your official academic record. It documents the courses you completed at CCC or elsewhere, the grades you earned, and any credentials you received. Universities, employers, and other institutions may request it as part of an application or verification process.
How to Request a Transcript
There are two types of transcripts: unofficial and official transcripts. Unofficial transcripts are for personal use while official transcripts are for colleges and universities, employers, licensing agencies, and scholarship organizations to confirm your education level.
Unofficial Transcripts:
Current students can view and print unofficial transcripts at no cost through the myCCC Portal. Use an unofficial transcript if you need to:
- Review your grades
- Check completed coursework
- Track your academic progress
- Reference your GPA
- Be evaluated for limited scholarship opportunities
Official Transcripts:
Official transcripts can be sent electronically, by mail, or in-person and include the college seal and official certification. The fee for electronic transcripts and mailed trasncripts is $10.00 through Parchment, for delivery in the United States. The in-person fee is $25.00 per transcript.
You can easily request your official Coconino Community College (CCC) transcript online:
- Current Students: Log in to the myCCC Portal, select the “Admissions” drop down. Click “Official Transcripts” to take you to the Parchment website. Log in using your myCCC credentials, then follow the instructions to submit your request.
- Former Students: Order your transcript directly through Parchment, CCC’s transcript service provider.
Submit a Transcript
Submit transcripts from any schools you previously attended so CCC can review your coursework and help determine your placement and whether credits may transfer.

Transfer Credit Evaluation
Already transferred credit but changed your major? Need faculty review of coursework, military training, or a professional certification?
You may request a transfer credit evaluation to determine how previous coursework or credentials apply to your current program of study.
You may need an evaluation if:
- You changed your major and want previously transferred credits reviewed.
- You have a professional license or certification that may qualify for credit.
- You completed military training or coursework that requires review.
- You would like faculty evaluation of coursework completed at another institution.
Steps to Request a Transfer Credit Evaluation
Step 1: Meet With an Advisor
Discuss your request with an advisor and, when appropriate, a faculty member in your program area.
Step 2: Complete the Evaluation Form
Submit the evaluation request form and gather any supporting documentation, which may include:

- Professional licenses or certifications
- Course outlines
- Course syllabi
Step 3: Submit Your Documentation
Depending on the type of request, materials may be reviewed by Admissions & Enrollment Services and/or the appropriate academic department.
If faculty review is required, the faculty member will communicate the outcome through your CCC email account.

Once all required reviews are complete, Admissions & Enrollment Services will notify you through your CCC email when your request has been processed and any approved credit has been applied to your academic record.
