Billing, Payments & Refunds
Student Accounts helps you understand your CCC bill, make payments, set up a payment plan, receive refunds, and resolve balances on your account.
Whether you are paying on your own or using financial aid, employer assistance, Veterans benefits, or another source, make sure you have a payment arrangement in place by the payment deadline. CCC considers registration complete only when an approved payment arrangement has been made.
What Do you need to do?
Important Deadlines
Your payment and refund deadlines depend on the term and the classes you are taking. CCC currently publishes payment and refund deadlines by term and course length rather than using one deadline for every class.
- Payment Deadline: Pay your balance or have an approved payment arrangement in place by the published deadline each term. If you do not, you may be dropped from your unpaid classes.
- 100% Refund Deadine: Drop a class by its published refund deadline to receive a 100% tuition refund. After that deadline, you are generally responsible for the full tuition and fees unless an exception is approved under CCC’s refund procedure.
- Refund Processing: Refund processing begins only after the applicable add/drop period.
Need Some Help?

New to Paying Your CCC Bill?
Charges only show up after you register for classes. If you have registered, do the following:
- Check your balance in myCCC.
- Know your payment deadline.
- Pay your balance or have an approved payment arrangement in place.
Expecting financial aid? Applying for aid is not enough to hold your classes. Your financial aid must be awarded and posted to your account before CCC considers it a payment arrangement. Filling out financial aid applications early and checking your student email frequently will help your aid be processed in time.
