Policy
The College President, Presidential designee, or member of the District Governing Board (the Board) may present a proposal to the board to add, amend, or repeal a Board policy. Such proposals shall be subject to Policy 31-00 and Procedure 31-01 (Agenda Building).
The Board is the only entity with the legal authority to adopt, amend, or repeal a College policy.
