CCC’s Workforce Training programs provide practical, short-term training designed to help you build job-ready skills, earn industry-recognized credentials, and advance in your current career.
Programs are offered in-person in Flagstaff and Page, and online. You do not need to apply to CCC before registering for workforce training courses, and programs are offered throughout the year on a flexible schedule.
Training Programs
RV Maintenance Technician
Turn hands-on skills into a high-demand career. CCC offers RV Maintenance Technician training in partnership with the RV Technical Institute (RVTI).
Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician
Earn an industry-recognized credential while building skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and more.
Commercial Driver's License Training
Earn your Commercial Driver's License (CDL) through CCC's ongoing CDL training program in partnership with Phoenix Truck Driving School in Flagstaff.
CPR, First Aid, BLS, and EMT Refresher
American Heart Association courses in Basic Life Support (BLS), Heartsaver CPR and Automated External Defibulator (AED), and First Aid.

If your goal is to earn college credit toward a degree, certificate, or university transfer program, you’ll want to explore CCC’s academic programs rather than Continuing Education. For-credit courses apply toward academic credentials and are recorded on your official college transcript.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Do I need to apply to CCC before registering for a workforce training course?
No. Workforce training courses do not require a formal CCC admissions application. Simply register and pay the course fee.
- When do workforce training courses start?
Workforce training programs run throughout the year and are not tied to the traditional academic semester calendar. Check individual program pages for current start dates and availability.
- Can I use financial aid to pay for workforce training?
No. Non-credit workforce training courses are not eligible for federal or state financial aid. However, funding assistance may be available for eligible participants through ARIZONA@WORK, WIOA, and other workforce funding programs. - Will my workforce training couse appear on my CCC transcript?
No. Workforce training courses do not appear on an official CCC academic transcript. Depending on the program, you may receive an industry-recognized credential or a certificate of completion upon finishing the course.
